At Vedosunglasses customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it, following the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

  1. The return must be delivered within 14 days of receiving the order.
  2. Returned products must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. We do not accept returns for the following items:
    • Customized or made-to-order products.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service
    Send an email to info@vedosunglasses.com or fill out the return request form available on our website. Include:
    • Order number.
    • Item(s) to be returned.
    • Reason for the return (optional).
  2. Prepare the package
    Securely pack the product, preferably using the original packaging.
  3. Ship the return
    The customer is responsible for the return shipping. We will provide the return address once the return request is approved.
    • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid issues with lost or damaged packages.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the return.
  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
